We process personal data exclusively for the purpose of association management,
member administration, communication and for the implementation of our cashback offers and
events within the scope of our association objectives in accordance with Art. 60 et seq. ZGB.

3. data collected

We collect in particular:
– First and last name
– Address
– Telephone number & e-mail address
– Bank details (for cashback payments)
– Data on participation in events or programs

4. disclosure to third parties

Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the association
or if there is a legal obligation to do so. No commercial data will be passed on.

5. storage & deletion

Data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or
is required by law. After that, they are deleted or anonymized.

6. your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing
of your data and the right to object. To do so, please contact: swisscashback@gmx.ch

7. changes

This privacy policy can be amended at any time. The current version is available on request at
